HM Sports Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Helen Myers, a professional sports massage therapist with over 10 years experience.
Helen is committed to provide the highest standard of massage therapy in a relaxing and friendly environment.

With over 10 years of experience, Helen Myers offers a range of complementary therapies.
I am a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage and the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.

Helen studied at the prestigious London School of Massage and was awarded a LSSM Diploma with credit, where she graduated in June 2000. She holds various other qualifications including ITEC Reflexology and ITEC Indian Head Massage. She is also a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and has a diploma in Weight Management and Nutrition, and is therefore able to give prudent advice on diet and exercise.
She is a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage and a senior practitioner member of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.
